Shipping
INFORMÁTICA RED.SHOP , through the contracted transport company, will be responsible for delivering orders to its customers once they have been duly paid.
Delivery times
All orders placed before 6 PM will be shipped the same day to the destination address provided by the customer.
Tracking of shipments:
The customer will receive an email with instructions on how to track their shipment. I NFORMATICA RED.SHOP is not responsible for possible absences from the delivery address; in these cases, the transport company will contact the customer by phone to offer a new delivery. If this call is also not answered, a new delivery or an alternative address must be arranged via the tracking page.
Any point on the peninsula:
As a general rule, orders will be delivered within the next 24 hours, with most deliveries being made before 2 PM.
Service cost: €4.54 (VAT included) - Orders over €200 will have free shipping.
Balearic Islands:
Orders to the Balearic Islands will be delivered within the next 48 hours, with most deliveries arriving before 2 PM.
Service cost: €7.25 including VAT - Orders over €200 will have no shipping costs.
Canary Islands:

Orders to Portugal will be delivered within the next 48/72 hours.
