Returns
It is the Customer's obligation to verify upon receipt of the goods that the delivery corresponds to the order placed, is reflected on the invoice, and is correct in its presentation, condition, documentation, and packaging. Claims in this regard will only be accepted for shipments made by a transport agency within 24 hours of receipt by the Customer. Any external packaging defects must be reflected on the carrier's delivery slip at the time of delivery. No internal damage claims can be made after 7 calendar days, as stipulated in Law 15/2009, of November 11, on the contract for the carriage of goods by road; Chapter V, Article 60.
INFORMATIC A RED.SHOP offers you the option to return products within the first 15 business days of receiving the material, provided that the following conditions are met:
• Before making a return, you must contact us to request your return form. Once you have completed the form, you will be assigned a return number and provided with a shipping address.
• The transport costs incurred by the return will be the responsibility of the customer; that is, the material must be sent prepaid. Any material received COD will be rejected.
• All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging and contents; marked, labeled, or tampered-with products will not be accepted.
Guarantees :
• If, after 15 business days for the product return, the product has any type of fault or defect, you must contact us to be informed of the steps to follow.
•Warranty Period: All our products have a minimum warranty of 1 year; this warranty is usually 2 to 3 years depending on the manufacturer.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exempt Assets
The following goods are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards.
- Some health and personal care items.
Non-refundable
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part due to reasons not attributable to our fault.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
- Please do not return the product to the manufacturer; it must be sent to the address we provide.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
